ZW999 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and ZW999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any bet on ZW999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on ZW999, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and the VIP loyalty programme. 2. Account Registration

To use ZW999, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout your membership. ZW999 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, address and payment method at any point. Common verification documents include a national ID card (CNIC), proof of address and payment method ownership confirmation.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your ZW999 login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ZW999 support immediately. ZW999 will not be liable for losses resulting from account access by a third party where that access was facilitated by your disclosure of credentials.

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ZW999 may suspend or close accounts where Terms violations are detected, where accounts are inactive for an extended period, or where required by internal risk management procedures. Where an account is closed for reasons other than violations, any verified remaining PKR balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

3. Eligibility

ZW999 is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 18 years or above at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of ZW999 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or banned from ZW999.

ZW999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Where age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is completed. If a user is found to have registered while under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

4. Deposits

All deposits on ZW999 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards and approved mobile wallets.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

ZW999 sets a minimum deposit amount which is shown on the Deposit page. This minimum may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account and may be held pending review.

4.2 Processing Times

Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect in your ZW999 balance within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank. ZW999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems or network outages.

4.3 Deposit Source

All funds deposited to ZW999 must come from a payment method registered in your own name. ZW999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be held pending investigation and could result in account suspension pending verification.

4.4 Failed Deposits

If a deposit attempt fails but funds have left your payment account, contact ZW999 support with the transaction reference number. ZW999 will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the deposit manually. Do not attempt the same deposit multiple times before confirming the outcome of the first attempt.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on ZW999 are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. ZW999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

5.1 Verification Before Withdrawal

ZW999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard process and is not a reflection on any individual account. Verification documents should be submitted through the account dashboard. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held until the process is complete.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing time on ZW999 depends on your VIP tier. Standard members are processed through the standard queue. Silver members receive priority queue placement. Gold members receive same-day processing. Diamond and Elite VIP members receive near-instant processing on the ZW999 side. Third-party bank or wallet processing time is outside ZW999's control and may add time beyond the platform's processing window.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal request screen. Requests below the minimum will not be processed. Multiple small withdrawal requests that collectively appear designed to circumvent security checks may be consolidated or held for review.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from the balance. Only real-money winnings derived from completed bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ZW999 runs promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload offers, cashback and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms including eligibility conditions, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates and expiry periods. 6.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you need to wager before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in total before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, while live Casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ZW999 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hedging), and coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on ZW999 have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds are removed from accounts at the end of their validity period without notice. It is your responsibility to check expiry dates on any bonus credited to your account.

7. VIP Programme

The ZW999 VIP programme operates on five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite. All registered accounts begin at Bronze tier. Progression is based on monthly wagering activity across all ZW999 products including Sports Betting, Casino, Fish Games and Bingo.

7.1 Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback calculated on net losses across the platform. Cashback is credited in PKR automatically at the end of each weekly cycle. Cashback rates range from 2% at Bronze to 12% at Elite. Cashback itself does not contribute to further cashback calculations.

7.2 Tier Adjustment

VIP tiers are reviewed monthly. A member who does not meet the wagering threshold for their current tier in a given month may be moved down one tier. ZW999 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits with at least 7 days notice communicated through the account dashboard or registered email.

7.3 VIP Benefit Changes

VIP benefits including exclusive table access, withdrawal priority and dedicated support are provided at ZW999's discretion and may be adjusted. Benefits are not contractually guaranteed beyond the current published terms and ZW999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from benefit adjustments provided reasonable notice has been given.

8. Sports Betting Rules

ZW999's sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and other sports. By placing a bet you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is placed — the price that appears at confirmation is the binding price.

8.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. Where a result is disputed, ZW999 will settle based on the most authoritative available source. If an event is abandoned or void before the result is determined, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless the promotion or specific market terms state otherwise.

8.2 Live Betting

In-play bets are placed on rapidly changing markets. ZW999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately after a significant event (wicket, goal, boundary) and before the market has updated will be reviewed and may be voided if the platform determines the price reflected stale data.

8.3 Maximum Payout

ZW999 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are shown on the bet slip when relevant. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap on a given market will be settled at the capped amount regardless of the nominal calculated return.

9. Casino and Other Games

Casino games on ZW999 — including Live Casino tables, Slots, Fish Games and Bingo — use certified software from established providers. RNG (random number generator) games use independently verified random number generation. Live Casino tables stream from professional studios with trained dealers.

9.1 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or disconnection during an active Casino session, ZW999 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the round may be voided and the stake returned. ZW999 does not guarantee continuity of any game session and is not liable for connection losses caused by your internet service or device.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game carries minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. ZW999 may adjust these limits at any time. VIP members at Diamond and Elite tiers have access to higher-limit live tables not available in the standard lobby.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on ZW999 and will result in account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of balances where confirmed:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic way
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals
• Providing false identification documents
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Coordinating accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus syndication)
• Any conduct that ZW999 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to other users or the platform

11. Responsible Gaming

ZW999 is not responsible for network or connectivity failures on the user's side, device malfunctions or internet service disruptions that cause a session to end before the user intended.

14. Changes to These Terms

ZW999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that affect account balances, VIP benefits, bonus terms or withdrawal conditions — will be communicated with at least 7 days notice through the account dashboard notification system or to the registered email address on your account.
